- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Review utility consumption and strive to minimise costs.
- Handle vendor management and ensure timely service delivery.
- Control activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
- Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
- Maintain financial and non-financial records accurately.
- Perform data analysis and forecasting to support management decisions.
- Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
- Handle resident complaints promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and share daily reports with clients and management.
- Manage attendance records for site personnel.
- Oversee operations of STP, WTP, swimming pool, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage housekeeping, landscaping, and MEP teams to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
