Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Business Development Executive to join our solar industry team. The role involves handling B2B and B2C sales, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry (B2B & B2C).
- Generate leads through cold calls, references, and field visits.
- Meet clients, explain product details, and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present proposals/quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (candidates with solar industry experience preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Must own a bike (field sales profile).
