Key Responsibilities:
- Organize all manufactured and standard parts based on assembly drawings.
- Ensure parts are quality-checked and arranged in advance for scheduled assemblies.
- Plan daily and future assembly schedules, prioritizing tasks.
- Manage a team of fitters, aligning tasks to their skill sets for efficient time and work management.
- Pre-arrange all components before assembly days to avoid delays.
- Address fitters’ challenges and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure all assemblies strictly follow design specifications and meet quality standards.
- Perform inventory control, ensuring part availability for each assembly.
- Ensure laser marking is completed on parts before they proceed to assembly.
- Check completed assemblies against defined quality checkpoints.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly based on technical drawings.

- Problem-solving for on-ground assembly challenges.

Educational Qualificaiton: Diploma, ITI or B.Tech in Mechanical
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
