Job Responsibilities
- Visit job work units regularly and monitor ongoing production activities.
- Follow up with job work units to ensure production is carried out as per company requirements.
- Inspect the quality of materials and finished products at job work units.
- Check stitching, measurements, finishing, appearance, and overall product quality.
- Identify quality defects and ensure corrections are made immediately.
- Coordinate with job work supervisors and workers regarding quality requirements.
- Ensure products are produced according to the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Follow up on pending production and quality issues until they are resolved.
- Maintain proper records of quality inspections and report issues to the management.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams at the company.
- Ensure rejected or defective products are properly segregated and rectified.
- Travel to different job work units as required for regular inspection and follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in garment quality or similar field work preferred.
- Good knowledge of garment quality checking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to job work units.
- valid driving licence preferred.
Key Requirement
The candidate should be comfortable with regular field visits to job work units and should have the ability to closely follow up, monitor, and maintain the required quality standards throughout the production process.
