Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Teaching: Deliver structured lectures in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning tailored for Class XI and XII students, preparing them comprehensively for competitive aptitude sections (e.g., IPMAT Quants, CLAT Data Interpretation, and CUET General Test).
- Curriculum Delivery: Cover critical areas including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Modern Maths, Data Interpretation, Verbal/Non-Verbal Reasoning, and Analytical Puzzles. Ensure complex mathematical and logical concepts are broken down into easy-to-understand methodologies.
- Aptitude Mapping: Seamlessly transition school-going students from conventional, lengthy academic workflows to high-speed competitive strategies, shortcut techniques, and smart elimination tactics.
- Assessment & Tracking: Design, conduct, and evaluate Bi-Weekly topic tests (focusing on speed, accuracy, and negative marking management) to benchmark students against national competitive standards.
- Doubt Resolution: Lead dedicated, individual doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students overcome conceptual blocks and build high speed-accuracy ratios.
- Mentorship: Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment, mentoring students to develop the high-level critical thinking, mental agility, and time-management skills essential for cracking national law and management entrance exams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field with a strong quantitative background. Candidates who have cracked exams like CAT, GMAT, IPMAT, or SSC CGL with high percentiles in quantitative/reasoning sections will be highly preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude, Vedic Maths, or Logical Reasoning at a reputed competitive coaching institute or school program.
- Skills:
- Exceptional command over shortcut tricks, mental calculation techniques, and logical reasoning shortcuts.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles for students coming from diverse streams (Commerce, Arts, and Science).
- Deep understanding of the evolving exam patterns of IPMAT (IIM Indore/Rohtak), CLAT, and CUET.
