ob Title: Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a construction or project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce (labour, fitters, riggers, etc.)
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain site discipline and productivity
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure use of PPE
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Resolve on-site issues and delays
- Maintain daily work reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction/site operations
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (industry-dependent)
Work Environment:
- Construction sites, industrial projects, or fabrication sites
- Outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions
- Requires mobility and supervision of multiple activities
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹11,068.83 - ₹32,875.02 per month
