We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Student Counselor to guide students interested in Digital Marketing and AutoCAD (Mechanical, Civil & Electrical) courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing and AutoCAD courses.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student records and CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Build relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and local communities to generate admissions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or education.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable using MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates from Lucknow or nearby areas will be preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in education counseling or training institutes.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing or AutoCAD courses will be an added advantage.
