Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customer database and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
· Explain HCK Solar's products, services, and government solar schemes to potential customers.
· Follow up with inquiries received through digital campaigns, website, and other lead sources.
· Schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM/Excel.
· Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversion.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
· Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and updates.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1 – 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation in Solar Industry will be preferred.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
· Knowledge of solar products or renewable energy will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & Bengali preferred).
· Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
· Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
· Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
