Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to drive website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation. This role involves technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content creation, local SEO, and backlink acquisition. You will collaborate with development and marketing teams to strengthen digital presence and organic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Planning: Keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategies for traditional and AI‑powered search.
- On‑Page SEO: Optimize content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking. Conduct audits and implement recommendations.
- Content Management: Create and manage SEO content calendar; write blogs on kids activities, birthday parties, family entertainment, corporate outings, school trips, fitness, and city‑specific experiences.
- Technical SEO: Resolve technical issues, monitor indexing, site health, Core Web Vitals, and manage sitemaps/robots.txt.
- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles, improve local search visibility, and manage reviews.
- Link Building: Execute outreach, acquire backlinks, and monitor competitor profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance via GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools; present monthly insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, off‑page, local, and content SEO.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO projects.
- Preferred: Experience with multi‑location businesses, entertainment/hospitality/fitness/leisure/retail brands, and CMS platforms like WordPress.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
