The role will require the member to take ownership of the functional design of applications and interface with end-users elaborating their requirements using user stories.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary owner of the functional design of applications
- Interface with end-users to understand the functional requirements in detail
- Elaborate requirements through user stories
- Should have worked on the requirement management and process design in at least 3 medium to large projects
- Knowledge of agile methods
- 8 to 10 years in application development
The nature of engagement of those joining us in the immersion program would be on a fixed-term employment contract of 2 years. The compensation during this term of 2 years would be arrived at individually for each candidate, based on the experience, competency and capability, after the selection process has been completed. Compensation will be commensurate with social sector norms and not the corporate sector.
