We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Fitona India Pvt. Ltd. (Channel Partner of Alibaba). We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and Meeting, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone or Physical meet. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Requirements:-
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0-4 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
