Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong accounting background to support the Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting concepts, including debit and credit entries, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting, and the ability to manage documentation, office coordination, and professional correspondence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance Support
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record management.
- Possess a good understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal Entries, and Ledger Accounting.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing, reconciliations, and record maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software.
- Analyze data and provide reports to management as required.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial records.
- Ensure all documents are organized and readily available for audits and management review.
- Handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
Communication & Coordination
- Draft and manage professional emails and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, banks, and consultants.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and documentation.
Office Administration
- Manage administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and assist management in daily activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and departmental coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Ledger, Reconciliation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports) and MS Office.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to draft professional emails and business communications.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
