Assess patients’ nutritional needs based on medical history and reports
Develop personalized diet plans for inpatients and outpatients
Provide dietary counseling to patients and their families
Monitor progress and modify diets accordingly
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff for patient care
Ensure hygiene and quality standards in food services
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualification: Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with 1–3 years experience preferred,freshers can also apply.
