- Training and qualification of Mystery Shoppers.
- Timely scheduling and follow-up to ensure completion of fieldwork.
Skills Required:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) and Internet.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented with strong logical abilities.
- Highly Self-Motivated.
- Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities.
