We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
- Ensure timely closures for open positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
