Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of 3-wheeler commercial and passenger vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market presence, managing the sales team, building customer relationships, and ensuring business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage retail sales, institutional sales, and fleet sales activities.
- Coordinate with finance partners for vehicle loan approvals and disbursements.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective sales and after-sales coordination.
- Organize promotional activities, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Monitor enquiry generation, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in 3-wheeler, commercial vehicle, or automobile dealership sales preferred.
Required Skills

Salary: 15000-20000+ Incentives + Performance Bonus
