Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle office administration and assist in day-to-day business operations.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and expense reports when required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional attitude with high integrity and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
