We are seeking a proactive and confident Senior HR Associate to join the HR team and contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall HR operations. The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR operations. The role supports organizational growth by ensuring effective people management and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning data for management.
- Support training and development programs across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
