What this role is
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to own paid advertising across our marketplace channels. You will manage live campaigns, optimise bids and budgets, analyse performance data, and help us grow revenue efficiently across platforms.
Amazon advertising is our highest priority. You will work alongside the founder on Amazon campaigns using Hector AI (our ads management platform) and take full independent ownership of Flipkart, Blinkit, and other secondary channel ads.
What you will do
● Plan, execute and optimise sponsored ads on All Ads console
● Manage Blinkit promotional campaigns and visibility placements
● Track key metrics — ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate — and report weekly
● Coordinate with catalog team on listing readiness before launching campaigns
● Identify high-potential SKUs for promotion and flag low-ROI spend
Reporting & analysis
● Maintain a weekly performance dashboard across all platforms
● Flag anomalies — sudden ACoS spikes, budget exhaustion, impression drops
● Provide monthly summary of spend vs revenue contribution by channel
What we are looking for
Must have
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience running marketplace ads — Flipkart Ads or Amazon Sponsored Ads (not just Meta or Google)
● Comfortable reading campaign data and making optimisation decisions independently
● Familiarity with seller panels — Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, or both
● Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns across SKUs without losing track
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
