We are looking for an Admissions Officer to join our team.
We are seeking to appoint a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions Enrolments Officer to join our team based in New Delhi, India on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting the Admissions and Enrolments function for Kaplan International Pathways ANZ.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing international student applications, including reviewing documentation, conducting Genuine Student (GS) checks and interviews, and maintaining high-quality student records. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
You will play a key role in supporting application quality and integrity by identifying potential Genuine Student risks, ensuring documentation completeness, and coordinating follow-up with students, agents, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves providing timely and professional support to a wide range of stakeholders, contributing to a positive applicant experience.
The successful candidate will bring experience in international admissions or student administration, along with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be comfortable working across global teams and will contribute to ensuring that all admissions activities are delivered in line with Kaplan policies, service standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring to the role
Previous experience in international education, admissions, student administration, or visa/Genuine Student assessment.
Strong understanding of international student processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
