Experience Required: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing marketplace seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, & Shopify etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Cataloging: Manage A-to-Z product listings including keyword-optimized titles, bullet points, and A+ content.
- Inventory & Order Hygiene: Real-time monitoring of stock levels, processing orders, and tracking returns/cancellations.
- Ads Execution: Manage daily budgets for Sponsored Products to ensure products appear in top search results.
- Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace support for listing suppressions or delivery issues.
KPIs:
- Order Growth: Percentage increase in monthly unit sales.
- Catalog Quality Score: Achieving a 90%+ listing health score on platforms.
- Return Rate: Keeping returns below the category benchmark.
- Ad ROAS: Meeting target Return on Ad Spend for marketplace campaigns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
