Senior Executive – Recruitment
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes, attract top talent, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with experience handling recruitment across multiple roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
