Logixmart IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, online bidding, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Manage online bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert opportunities into business and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development.
- Experience working with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
