Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Person to grow our contract manufacturing pipeline, focusing on our CNC Wire EDM and Sinker EDM capabilities. In this role, you will market our high-precision machining services to sectors requiring micro-tolerances, including aerospace, medical devices, defense, and mold-making industries. You will translate complex machining tolerances and surface-finish capabilities into clear commercial value propositions for engineers, procurement officers, and tier-1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted B2B Generation: Drive qualified leads from engineering and procurement departments looking for Wire EDM sub-contracting.
- Technical Case Studies: Author application notes showcasing complex geometry capabilities, exotic metal machining (titanium, carbide, Inconel), and micro-hole drilling.
- RFQ Pipeline Optimization: Optimize digital channels to capture active buyer searches for precision tooling, die-making, and wire cut services.
- Trade Show Coordination: Lead the company's presence at manufacturing technology expositions (such as IMTS or regional precision machining expos).
- Technical Content Creation: Partner with internal toolmakers and programming engineers to generate accurate white papers, capabilities lists, and video walkthroughs of our CNC shop floor.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor regional and international EDM service capabilities, lead times, and capacity metrics to adjust our positioning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or an Associate degree in manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, or tool-and-die design.
- Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years in industrial marketing, specifically within precision CNC machining, toolrooms, or contract manufacturing.
- Domain Knowledge: High familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T symbols, surface finish metrics and multi-axis EDM methodologies.
- Digital Skillset: Proven track record running industrial SEO, managing RFQ landing pages, and utilizing manufacturing directory listings.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
