Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests, present menus, and offer recommendations or explain daily specials.
- Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately input food/beverage orders into the POS system, deliver items to tables, and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Table Maintenance: Clear dishes, reset tables for the next guests, and maintain overall dining area cleanliness.
- Cash Handling: Present itemized checks, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Compliance: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and local alcohol regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
