Work is important but so is your life outside of it. We love watching our team members pursue passions and hobbies outside of work hours and go out of our way to help them in their learning journeys.
Here, everyone plays a role at a time. The CEO has become the belayer and the COO has been assistant to the Expedition Leader. We are not suggesting chaos where we don’t know who does what but we wear different hats as the situation demands and once you are there with a hat, you wear it with pride.
We do not believe in micro-management. It hampers creativity, dampens the spirit and makes for bad work culture. Once you are on a project, we encourage you to own it. And if you need any help along the way, we are always here.
