Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the warehouse regarding material requirements.
- Verify invoices and delivery notes before submitting them for payment.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and budgets.
- Mantain Tools and machinary Stock registers
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in civil Engineering or experience in similar field
- 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience (construction industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
