Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) sectors. [1]
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, site assessment coordination, proposal development, and contract negotiation. [1]
- Financial & Technical Proposals: Analyze client electricity consumption patterns to prepare compelling Return on Investment (ROI) presentations and system designs. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or channel partners to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. [1, 2, 3]
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility, accurate structural/electrical design, and seamless grid-connection (net metering).
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
