Most DevOps roles focus on tools and pipelines.
This one focuses on building the infrastructure platform itself.
You’ll design and own a multi-cloud foundation—infrastructure as code, secure networking, CI/CD, and automation that teams can rely on without thinking twice. The goal is simple: systems that scale cleanly, fail predictably, and stay secure by default.
If clean Terraform matters to you, manual console fixes make you uncomfortable, and you believe infrastructure should be reusable, observable, and boring in production — we’d love to hear from you.
Architect and maintain production-grade IaC using Terraform (multi-cloud) and CloudFormation (AWS)
Build reusable, versioned IaC modules to standardize environments
Automate provisioning, configuration, and drift detection
Operate and optimize AWS & Azure production environments
Design secure cross-cloud & on-prem networking
Embed security by design (IAM, VPCs, endpoints, secrets)
Build and own CI/CD pipelines end to end
Debug real cloud failures — builds, deploys, networking, permissions
Improve developer experience via faster builds and self-service deploys
Hands-on AWS + Azure production experience
Terraform mastery (state, modules, providers)
Strong CloudFormation
Automation scripting: Python / Bash / PowerShell
CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Release strategies: Blue-Green, Canary
Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
Secrets & key management (KMS, Key Vault, Vault)
Config management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Terraform / AWS / Azure certifications
Exposure to GCP or OCI (or strong willingness to learn)
You’re tool-agnostic — best tool wins
You learn new clouds fast and enjoy it
You debug deeply, not superficially
You own infra from commit to production
You’re flexible across IST / GMT / EST time zones
You help the team when things are on fire
