Vardha Petroleum Product Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage office administration, customer support, purchase coordination, accounts assistance, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide customer support and handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate purchase activities, including vendor communication and purchase order processing.
- Maintain supplier records and follow up on material deliveries.
- Assist in accounts-related activities such as invoice preparation, payment follow-up, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records.
- Handle email correspondence and office communications.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, production, stores, and logistics departments.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement when required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and visitor management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and operations.
