Reports to: Branch Manager/ Sales Manager - CASA
Role Details: Business Development Manager are responsible for acquiring new to bank relationships for the bank through savings account, current accounts,wealth management products and other Banking products offered by the Bank from time to time.
Overall Job Description
· Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
· Manage and sell Savings account and Current account by conducting several marketing activities.
· Understand and analyze the customer needs and provide customized solutions to fulfil their requirements.
· Engagement with sourced customers to increase cross selling
· Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
· To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
· To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
· Coordination with internal departments to fulfill responsibilities of the role
· Day end and other reporting as required
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Graduate / Post Graduate, preferred
exposure to financial subjects
Preferred: Post Graduate in Finance/ Marketing
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: 2 years of relevant work experience in the banking / financial services / insurance organizations
Additional Requirements:
· Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
· Own conveyance
· Residence within 5-10Km range from job location assigned
Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits
· Proficient in English & local language with strong communication skills
· Should be young, willing to learn and energetic with passion for sales
· Knowledge of Banking products and processes.
· Min 1 year Sales experience preferably in Banking
· Multi-tasking with crisis management as well as reporting experience while following compliance guidelines.
· Natural empathy and a positive attitude towards every situation
· Presentable with pleasing and attractive personality, interview should preferably happen in formal attire
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
