Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through online channels, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes. Requirements:
