Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance/Digital Marketing Manager who has strong expertise in Performance Marketing, P&L management, and digital campaign execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Handle monthly marketing budgets and monitor P&L performance related to digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and online sales growth.
- Monitor daily ad performance and implement optimization strategies for better results.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and budget handling.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Industry:
Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, Ecommerce, or Retail Industry experience preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
