Design and implement organization-wide Talent Development and Learning & Development frameworks.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across manufacturing plants, engineering teams, operations, sales, and corporate functions. Develop and execute technical, behavioral, leadership, compliance, and managerial development programs. Build Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with business requirements and employee career aspirations. Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical trainers, and external learning partners. Performance Management & Employee Growth Drive performance management processes, goal setting, KPI tracking, and employee development discussions.
Monitor employee performance, identify skill gaps, and create structured development interventions. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and career development conversations. Establish competency frameworks and role-based capability development plans. Organizational Development & Workforce Capability Develop and maintain competency matrices for technical and managerial roles.
Lead job enrichment, workforce capability enhancement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Drive change management programs supporting business transformation and operational excellence. Establish role clarity, SOPs, quality benchmarks, and development pathways across departments. Succession Planning & Leadership Development Identify High-Potential Employees (HiPOs) and create accelerated leadership development programs.
Build succession plans for critical manufacturing, engineering, operations, and leadership positions. Design mentoring, coaching, job rotation, and leadership readiness initiatives. Strengthen internal mobility and career progression frameworks. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and culture-building interventions.
Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and engagement assessments. Develop action plans to improve retention, productivity, and employee experience. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. HR Analytics & Reporting Track talent development KPIs including training effectiveness, employee productivity, engagement, retention, internal promotions, and succession readiness.
Develop HR dashboards and present talent insights to senior leadership. Measure training ROI and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Manage talent development budgets and ensure effective utilization of learning resources.
Certifications
Such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, ATD CPTD/CPLP, or equivalent. Coaching certifications (ICF, Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching). Experience with LMS, HRMS, Learning
Analytics, and Talent Management Systems. Exposure to manufacturing workforce capability development and technical training programs.
