Job Summary
The Nursing Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all nursing services in the hospital. The role ensures high standards of patient care, effective utilization of nursing staff, compliance with healthcare regulations, and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilitie
- Oversee daily nursing operations across all units (ICU, OT, Wards, Emergency, etc.).
- Ensure optimal staffing and manpower planning.
- Monitor bed occupancy and patient flow coordination.
Quality & Patient Safetiy
- Ensure strict infection control practices.
- Drive patient safety and clinical quality indicators.
- Handle escalated patient complaints professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
