Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI, and statutory healthcare standards.
- Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality protocols.
- Conduct internal quality audits and compliance assessments.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare quality reports.
- Investigate incidents, patient complaints, and non-conformities.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate accreditation activities and documentation.
- Conduct quality and patient safety training for hospital staff.
- Perform risk assessments and support continuous process improvements.
- Monitor infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality indicators.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve service quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of NABH, NABL, JCI, ISO 9001, and healthcare quality standards.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and patient safety.
- Excellent documentation and audit skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BPT / MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration)
- Any relevant healthcare qualification.
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
