Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support the finance team. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, billing, invoicing, and financial documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and assisting in bank-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
Support in billing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist with bank-related outdoor work such as cheque deposits, documentation submission, and other banking tasks.
Help in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing, invoices, and required documentation.
Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and record maintenance.
Support the accounts team in general finance and accounting tasks.
Required Skills
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidate with 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain financial records efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
