Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Supertech E Square, Sector 96, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max)
Create, optimize, and monitor Amazon Ads campaigns
Manage Myntra Ads and Nykaa Ads to maximize sales and ROI
Develop customer acquisition and retargeting strategies
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Track and analyze ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC, and Conversion Rate
Collaborate with the creative and content team to improve ad performance
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
✔ Experience working with an FMCG or Cosmetic Brand is preferred
✔ Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Myntra Ads
- Nykaa Ads
✔ Strong understanding of:
- Sales Funnel Optimization
- Performance Marketing Strategy
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Pixel & Events
- Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO)
- A/B Testing
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
