We are looking for a QA Engineer & Tech Support (Fresher) professional who will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, implementing automation frameworks, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring the quality, security, and performance of AI platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality work, and who enjoys troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and contributing to an excellent overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and testing scenarios for AI agents, workflows, and platform functionalities.
- Build, maintain, and improve automation testing scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Conduct end-to-end testing, API testing, and data verification for AI-driven workflows
- Record, verify, and communicate customer-reported bugs to the development team
- Track, report, and manage bugs using tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Provide technical assistance to customers by diagnosing and resolving product-related issues
- Troubleshoot problems related to AI agents, APIs, third-party integrations, and platform features
- Work closely with developers to deliver high-quality product releases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in QA testing or technical support
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong understanding of AI systems, chatbots, or AI-based applications/workflows
