Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Technical Manager - Operations to oversee our complete manufacturing process (Technical Perspectives) in Dindigul. You will hold end-to-end accountability for production lines across Desiccated Coconut Powder (HFDC & LFDC), Coconut Milk processing, and Concentrated Coconut Water.
The ideal candidate must possess deep process knowledge and the technical capability to independently troubleshoot the specialized machineries attached to these processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Wet Area & Dryer Operations: Manage the entire wet area process and dryer operations specifically for High-Fat Desiccated Coconut (HFDC) and Low-Fat Desiccated Coconut (LFDC) powder.
- Milling & Processing: Oversee the daily operations of Pin Mills, Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, and Blending machines, ensuring optimal throughput and strict adherence to quality parameters.
- Liquid Line Management: Drive the execution of the entire coconut milk processing line, Evaporator operations, and Concentrated Coconut Water production.
- Machinery Troubleshooting: Act as the technical subject matter expert on the floor. You must have the hands-on exposure to identify mechanical/process bottlenecks, troubleshoot machinery, and minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a highly collaborative workplace culture rooted in mutual respect, driving operational efficiency through active teamwork and integrity.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5–10 years of technical operations experience strictly within the Desiccated Coconut Powder, Coconut Milk, or Concentrated Coconut Water packaging industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong process knowledge and demonstrable experience troubleshooting processing equipment (Dryers, Homogenizers, Pasteurized systems, Evaporators, and Pin Mills).
- Geographic Preference: Located in Dindigul or within a 100 km radius (e.g., Madurai, Trichy, Karur, Thenkasi, Erode/neighboring regions) or highly willing to permanently relocate for a long-term stint.
- Values: Strong alignment with transparent workflows, high integrity, and collaborative team management.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual CTC: ₹7.2 Lakhs to ₹9.6 Lakhs Gross (Calculated at ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month based on experience and technical competency).
