Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and billing details before invoice generation.
- Maintain billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Freshers may apply; 1–3 years of billing/accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience (Textile Industry)
- Experience in Retail (textile, garment, or fabric trading companies )

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
