Key resplosibilities:
- Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, costing sheets, and compliance statements.
- Recommend appropriate HVAC products such as AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducts, and ventilation systems.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations and product explanations.
- Participate in client meetings to clarify technical queries.
- Assist in developing cost-effective and competitive proposals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
- Handle customer queries, recommend best-fit solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions if required.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC design, application engineering, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, heat load calculations, and equipment selection.
