We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for converting engineering drawings and CAD models into efficient CNC programs, ensuring high-quality production, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit CNC programs for milling, turning, drilling, and machining operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Create tool paths using CAD/CAM software.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Set up and prove out new CNC programs on machines.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality according to specifications.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Maintain program records, tooling data, and setup documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
