Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Support keyword research and competitor analysis for paid campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI
- Assist in setting up tracking and analytics using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Help prepare performance reports including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Research audience targeting strategies and ad creatives
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Interest in paid advertising and data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate insights
