Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive (Product Sales) is primarily responsible for aggressive sales growth withinthe assigned territory. This includes market mapping, establishing a robust database of influencers (engineers/contractors), identifying and onboarding new applicators, and introducing high-performance products to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Identify and recruit at least 25 new applicators per district and establish 3 major business hubs.
Client Relationship: Engage with Engineers, Contractors, and Prospects through technical demos and consistent service support.
Operational Discipline: Create and submit detailed sales plans by the 5th of every month; ensure 100%adherence to timelines.
Technical Support: Provide on-site diagnostic support and problem-solving for applicators during project execution.
Financial Health: Monitor sales flow, manage outstanding credits, and ensure timely collection of balance payments.
CORE COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business/related field
- In-depth knowledge of Waterproofing industry standards
- Proficiency in Sales Management & Leadership principles
Experience:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in the construction chemical industry (Highly Preferred)

WORKING CONDITIONS
This role requires significant field travel and client site visits. Standard working hours apply, but flexibility for evenings or weekends is required to meet management targets and project deadlines.
