About the Role
Kayma Tech LLP is looking for a passionate Lead Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can take ownership of projects while leading a small development team. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring developers, and building scalable applications, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 developers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in product discussions, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and guide team members on best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 3–5 developers.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native.
- Experience in SwiftUI or iOS/Mobile App Development (optional).
- Exposure to Web3 or blockchain technologies.
- Previous experience in a startup or product-based company.
