Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR records.
- Handle other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA HR, BBA )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
