Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Own marketing-generated revenue across Recruitment and Training businesses.
- Develop scalable lead generation systems.
- Improve conversion rates across the entire customer acquisition funnel.
- Drive student enrollment growth for training programs.
- Drive client acquisition growth for recruitment services.
- Build predictable and repeatable revenue-generation models.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid acquisition initiatives across: Google Ads/ YouTube Ads/ Meta Ads/ LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Manage internal marketing teams and external agencies.
- Scale successful campaigns through data-driven optimization.
Recruitment Services Marketing
- Build B2B demand generation campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads from: CHROs/ HR Directors/Talent Acquisition Leaders/ERP Practice Heads/Delivery Leaders.
- Support client acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Develop account-based marketing and enterprise outreach strategies.
Training & Education Marketing
- Design and optimize student acquisition funnels.
- Develop webinar, workshop, seminar and counseling funnels.
- Increase enrollment conversions across training programs.
- Create referral, alumni and community-led growth initiatives.
- Improve student acquisition efficiency and ROI.
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Strengthen ERPTREE's market positioning.
- Build founder branding and executive visibility.
- Drive LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media growth.
- Create thought leadership and content marketing campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness and organic lead generation.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Implement CRM-driven marketing processes.
- Establish marketing automation workflows.
- Build email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Implement WhatsApp marketing automation.
- Improve lead qualification and conversion through automation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Create executive dashboards and reporting systems.
- Track: Lead Generation/ Conversion Rates/ Pipeline Growth/ Campaign Performance/ ROI/ Revenue Contribution
- Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Team Leadership
