Job Description
Theroheal Hosco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Fabrication Work
- Experience in Welding
- Understanding of Sheet Metal Work
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Machinery and Equipment
- Ability to supervise workers and maintain production schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or fabrication industry preferred
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day factory operations
- Monitor fabrication and welding activities
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with workers and production teams
- Maintain machinery and workplace safety
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
