* Handle outbound customer calls.
* Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Maintain customer records and update call details.
* Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.
Qualifications
* 12th pass -Freshers can apply
* Experienced candidates with tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage
Requirements
* Good communication skills
* Good listening and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Willingness to work in a voice process.
